The Client
North Estates have become a well recognised estate agent throughout the St. Albans area. Each member of their team have a wealth of industry experience and work meticulously through each component of their marketing strategy.
The Brief
RS Design have worked closely with North Estates since their outset and were re-appointed to bring the existing identity in its entirety up to date.
The Solution
The project comprised; logo design, stationery, leaflets, press adverts, sale boards and website development.
The 'NE' company initials were subtly used to create a property graphic within the logo. The final design has a traditional feel with a modern spin. Careful use of colour and graphics create a stylish identity appropriate to the St. Albans property market.
